Here you decide a lot of things. If you pick 'prompt' like I have, a little box will pop up asking you if you do or don't want to accept a request.

Here you can also decide which font you want text displayed with and colors and so on. Some fonts are better than others and certain fonts display differently in the different windows of PowWow, especially when it comes to special letters like Å, ä, ô etc.
