I had an idea the other day. An idea how to reduce Juvenile Criminality. It's a simple idea, but I don't know if it would work. I would like some feedback on how others feel and think about this subject, because there are probably a lot of holes I haven't seen yet.

Well anyways. The idea I had was pretty simple. Create a legal curfew for underaged citizens. If you're not above a certain age, you're not allowed to be outside after a certain hour. The question is, would it work? The theory is that juvenile crime takes place away from the home environment under the inflouence of "bad" elements.

Since this is a drastic measure, especially for such a hot subject, I would love to have feedback on both pros and cons to why this would or would not work.
